Our Ministry

Welcome to Via Verbi Ministry.

We are a Christ-centered family ministry based in Peterborough, Ontario. We have been called to serve the church with products for Christian families to help with everything from integrating our faith into the small moments of every day life, to putting God's glory at the front and center of celebrations. 

Via verbi is Latin for The way of the word, and represents our mission to imitate Jesus, who is both the way and the Word. Join us as we walk in faith, rooted in God's word.

As a Catholic couple, and parents of two kids, we wanted to find accessible ways of integrating Jesus into our lives to teach our children His values and lessons. What began as an invitation for Jesus to join us in daily tasks turned into a calling to celebrate God's Kingdom in everything that we do.

John 1:1 says, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." The word 'with' is translated from the Greek 'pros', which implies not only closeness in proximity, but an intimate personal relationship. Jesus was not just around God since the beginning, but close with Him in a unique father-son relationship. As God's children, we are called not only to follow His commandments, but to participate in a personal relationship with Him to bring about His kingdom. 

We pray that we can be of some help to others on this path with Jesus to hear His words and to follow His way.
