Currently, all of our items are hand assembled, packaged, inspected, and delivered by us. 

This means that the products you receive are guaranteed to be free from damages or defects.

At the moment, we are unable to offer returns or refunds, due to the nature of our small business. 

However, we will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with the items you order.
